The Editor will select an article if it is original, unpublished and plagiarism-free [acceptable Similarity Index is maximum 10%] {Tested by iThenticate Turnitin} and highlights a major issue related to the journal's aim and scope.
The research issue discussed in the article should be useful to the readers, and researchers by stimulating new and relevant questions in the mind of readers. The author should try to develop a new framework or theory or advance an existing one. Methods should be applied rigorously with proper justification. Discussion and conclusion must be supported by high quality published research in a similar field. And finally, the article should be well written, easy to understand, reader-friendly, the arguments should be logical and not internally contradictory.

Procedure (5 Steps from Submission to Publication)
The journal receives a huge number of submissions for each issue. To keep publishing quality high, our Editorial Board adopts worldwide accepted standards and norms. Each manuscript passes through following reviews and corrections after submission till the final publication, in various departments of editorial office:
- Internal Editorial Review: In the first step one section editor will evaluate the manuscript based on the value addition of the manuscript in the mentioned research problem, the suitability with the aim and scope of the journal, and manuscript structure as mentioned at manuscript preparation guidelines. The authors are informed about the decision at this stage. [Within 3 to 4 weeks]
- External Peer Review: Manuscript that is accepted in step 1, is sent to two subject experts for formative comments and suggestions as per the review parameters and policy. If the manuscript did not quality this stage, the author will be informed about the decision. [Around 8-10 weeks]
- Revision advise to the author(s): Manuscript that is accepted in step 2, will receive (i) Language correction advise (ii) Peer-reviewed manuscript file (iii) Turnitin report (if it has issues) (iv) Journal template and (v) Editorial advise. The author should submit the revised version as per advise.
- Final acceptance: After we receive the revised manuscript, the section editor will evaluate the revised version, take the final decision, in consultation with Chief Editor, and communicate with the author. If necessary, authors may be asked to do re-revision to fit with the quality standards of the journal. [Around 3 to 4 weeks]
- In the final stage of publication, the author will again receive a blueprint of the final galley for proofreading. After this, the manuscript is published and authors are informed by e-mail.
The final decision for acceptance, revision or rejection lies with the Editorial Board and is not subjected to any legal jurisdiction. We expect and request authors to accept the board decisions professionally.
The overall process may take around 4 to 5 months depending upon the complexity of the manuscript, author revisions. Sending multiple emails of inquiry may delay the process.
Authors are the owners of their content and If there is an URGENCY, you can withdraw your manuscript at any stage and we assure you that we will delete all files from our system without delay.
